SHORT TITLE : Increasing the Specific Tax Rates Imposed on Alcohol and Tobacco Products
ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to increase the excise tax on distilled spirits, wines, fermented liquor, tobacco products, cigars and cigarettes by 20%, to be adjusted by 3% on the 2nd and 3rd years from the date of the effectivity of the Act.
