Abstract
The bill provides for the punong barangay to be appointed by the Governor from a list of 3 nominees submitted by the Representative of the district where the barangay belongs and for the barangay kagawads to be appointed by the Mayor from a list of 2 nominees for each kagawad position submitted by the minority and majority members of the sangguniang panglungsod.'
