FULL TITLE : AN ACT GRANTING A ONE-TIME TAX AMNESTY ON ALL UNPAID NATIONAL INTERNAL REVENUE TAXES IMPOSED BY THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT FOR TAXABLE YEAR 2003 AND PRIOR YEARS
SHORT TITLE : Granting a One-Time Tax Amnesty on all Unpaid National Internal Revenue Taxes for Taxable Year 2003 and Prior Years
ABSTRACT : The bill authorizes and grants a tax amnesty covering all national internal revenue tax liabilities for the taxable year 2003 and prior years. Persons who wish to avail of the tax amnesty shall be required to file a Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth as of December 31, 2003 together with the Tax Amnesty Return form.
