| ABSTRACT : The bill entitles all veterans, whose disability is rated from 91% to 100%, to receive a Certificate of Indebtedness amounting to P30,000. The Certificate shall be issued in lieu of the monthly pension of P1,700 plus P500 for the spouse and each unmarried minor child. | |

Abstract
