ABSTRACT : The bill requires all corporations to file their income tax returns and pay their taxes in the host city/municipality and province where the corporation or its branch operates its business. In the case of taxes withheld at source, it requires the withholding agent to file the return and to remit the taxes withheld to the host city/municipality where the withholding agent operates his/its business. |

Abstract
