Abstract
This bill states that retirement shall be compulsory for an employee at SIXTY (60) years of age, with at least TWELVE years of service. THOSE WHO ARE SIX-ONE YEARS OF AGE SHALL BE RETIRED ON THE THIRD YEAR OF IMPLEMENTATION.
