Abstract
The bill seeks to insert the phrase "AND ANY OTHER PRIOR ACTS" in Sections 5, 6 and 7 in RA 7837 to allay the fears of Filipino veterans, who acquired American citizenship before 1990, that they may not be included among the benefiticaries of RA 7837.'
