ABSTRACT : Rationale: Barangay officials have done so much for our communities. They have served in the forefront of a government in action to meed the needs of the people. While they could have chosen tos erve private corporations and companies, they opted togive their services to the community, where the pay is definitely not high.> They have served the people of the community giving them a much-personalic ed service, being friends with the barangay people and giving them the best services possible.
