FULL TITLE : AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE SLOPING AGRICULTURAL LAND TECHNOLOGY FARMING PROGRAM, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
ABSTRACT : This Act is formulated for the purpose of guiding Local Government Units in the prevention and control of soil erosion, and in the protection and rational utilization of soil and water resources, the improvement of land fertility and ecological environment and the development of diversified but integrated agro-forestry fruit tree and livestock production and provide food and decent income for the upland farm family.
