| ABSTRACT : "The Revised Foreign Service Act of the Philippines." The bill defines the mission of the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the role of the Secretary and the Department regional offices. It establishes the offices of the Inspector General, the Policy Advisory Board, Family Liason Unit and a Grievance Mechanism. Institutionalizes the one-country team approach in the implementation of the country's foreign relations at the bilateral, regional and multi-lateral levels. |
