Abstract
The bill exempts graduates of the PMMA who are holders of a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from taking the Operational Level Deck Watchkeeping Officer Examination. It also exempts holders of a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from taking the Operational Level Engine Watchkeeping Examination.
