ABSTRACT : This piece of legislation proposes stronger measures against the pervasive and powerful criminal syndicates, racketeers and other socially and economically pernicious criminal organizations. It seeks to deprive these organized elements the operationsl fund for their activities. > Aside from securing criminal conviction of members of powerful crime and syndicates and their accomplises, this bill also aims to deny them the fruits of their illegal activities, on which they live lavish lifestyles. | |
