ABSTRACT : "Anti-terrorism Act of 2002." The bill defines terrorism as a "cause, attempt or threat of destruction of properties or death by showing terror to the public, disturbing peace and order internationally or domestically due to ideological, political, religious, ethnic, or cultist belief."
