This bill provides for the qualifications and licensure requirements of the Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and grants health care incentives for health care providers which include reduced customs duties for importation of medical equipment used in health care services, and exemption from percentage tax, documentary stamp tax and value-added tax on all health care agreements. | |

Abstract
"Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) Code of 2004." This bill provides for the qualifications and licensure requirements of the Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and grants health care incentives for health care providers which include reduced customs duties for importation of medical equipment used in health care services, and exemption from percentage tax, documentary stamp tax and value-added tax on all health care agreements.
