ABSTRACT : "Integrated Population and Development Act of 2004." This bill declares that the State shall promote a just and dynamic social order that shall ensure the prosperity of the country and free the people from poverty through policies that provide adequate social services, promote full employment, a higher standard of living and improved quality of life for all and protect and advance the right of the people to a balanced and healthful ecology. | |
