ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to grant government employees who intend to retire under RA 660 or PD 1146 a 6-year annual lump sum instead of the usual 5-year annuity. The proposed monthly annuity shall be based on the highest monthly salary received prior to retirement instead of basing it on the average monthly salary received during the last 3 years of service. |

Abstract
