ABSTRACT : As a preventive measure against abortion, this bill provides for timely and accurate information and education on reproductive health as well as ready access to safe, adequate and affordable reproductive health care services. It guarantees freedom of choice of individuals and couples on the number and spacing of their children. It sets the ideal family size to two (2) children. | |
