SHORT TITLE : Private Hospital Assistance Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "Private Hospital Assistance Act of 2004." The bill proposes a Private Hospital Development Plan that shall monitor the needs of private hospitals in terms of facilities, equipment and personnel. It proposes the grant of tax incentives to accredited private hospitals and the creation of a Special Hospital Fund which shall be sourced from the real property taxes paid by private hospitals.
