| SHORT TITLE : Post-Harvest Facilities Support Act of 2004 | |
| ABSTRACT : "Post-Harvest Facilities Support Act of 2004". The bill provides for the government, in consultation with farmer cooperatives, to construct warehouses and rice mills in every rice-producing municipality and city, and to provide the equipment and machinery necessary to operate these warehouse and rice mills. It aims to raise farm incomes to a level high enough to allow farmers to satisfy their material needs and enhance their self-esteem. | |

"Post-Harvest Facilities Support Act of 2004".
