| SHORT TITLE : National Land Use Act of the Philippines |
| ABSTRACT : "National Land Use Act of the Philippines." The bill provides for national land use classification, planning, zoning guidelines and standards. Reconstitutes the National Land Use Committee into the Land Use Policy Administration and prescribes its powers and functions. Classifies lands into agricultural, alienable and disposable, forest, timber, watershed, coastal and mineral. Sets the criteria for the development of settlement, tourism and industrial areas and infrastructure. |
