| ABSTRACT : The bill prohibits the serving of warrant of arrest at night (from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) holidays or weekends (12:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m. Sunday), except in cases of citizen's arrest, surveillance, entrapment, subversion, dangerous criminals, escapists or fugitives. |
