ABSTRACT : "Environment Friendly Act of 2004." The bill bans products which contain the following: chlorofluorocarbons or CFCs, styrofoam, aerosol propellants, freon, polycarbon plastic, polyethylene, polythene, vinyl, polyvinyl, phenolic vinyl, urethane, polyurethane, and similar extracts.
