SHORT TITLE : Motorcycle Helmets Use Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "Motorcycle Helmets Use Act of 2004." For the safety of motorcycle drivers and passengers, the bill provides for the mandatory use by motorists (drivers and passengers) of safety helmets of an approved type. The safety helmet shall be specifically designed to cushion and protect the rider's head from the impact of a crash.
