ABSTRACT : "Automatic Headlights On for Motorcycles Act of 2004." For the safety of all motorcycle drivers and passengers thereon and the commuting public, in general, all motorcycles are required to run on all roads with headlights turned on at all hours of the day. It requires motorcycle manufacturers to ensure that an automatic headlights on system is installed before sale. |
