FULL TITLE : THE `GREEN' LICENSE ACT OF 2001 |
ABSTRACT : No person otherwise qualified to drive a motor vehicle of any kind under the rules and regulations of the Land Transportation Office may be granted a driver's license or his present license renewed unless he can show by satisfactory prrof that he has planted or caused to be planted a tree in any are designated by the aforementioned inter-agency board. |
