SHORT TITLE : "The Land Administration Reform Act"
ABSTRACT : "The Land Administration Reform Act" The bill creates the Land Administration Authority under the Office of the President to administer and manage public lands and the Land Adjudication Board to settle land disputes. It provides for the powers and functions of the Authority such as geodetic survey, land classification, mapping, aerial photography, remote sensing, etc.
