ABSTRACT : "Philippine Clean Air Act of 1998". Requires the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to prepare within two years a comprehensive analysis of air quality at national and municipal level; mandates the installation of control devices to reduce emission of pollutnats into the atmoshpere; and seeks to reduce the lead content of gasoline to .15 per liter and of sulfur in diesel to .5% by year 2000.
