ABSTRACT : This bill declares it unlawful for any merchandising store to charge customers with more than the actual retail price of the goods purchased when such purchase is done with the use of a credit card. Imposes a punishment of 6 months to 1 year imprisonment or a fine of P20,000 to P100,000. |

Abstract
