| ABSTRACT : "National Healing, Reconciliation and Unity Act of 2007". The bill proposes the establishment of a National Healing, Reconciliation and Unity Commission that shall have the power to resolve political conflicts and to implement a national reconciliation and unity program, formulate a mechanism to recover ill-gotten wealth of certain individuals and implement a mechanism for redress of victims of political conflicts and determine who shall be entitled to a political amnesty. |

Abstract
"National Healing, Reconciliation and Unity Act of 2007". The bill proposes the establishment of a National Healing, Reconciliation and Unity Commission that shall have the power to resolve political conflicts and to implement a national reconciliation and unity program, formulate a mechanism to recover ill-gotten wealth of certain individuals and implement a mechanism for redress of victims of political conflicts and determine who shall be entitled to a political amnesty.
