ABSTRACT : The bill mandates the Department of Agrarian Reform, in coordination with the Philippine Tourism Authority, to determine the areas within tourist zones that are suitable for agricultural purposes and to segregate the same for eventual distribution to qualified beneficiaries under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law.
