ABSTRACT : The bill requires every employer to give their employees and workers free annual seminars on women's rights, welfare, development and gender equality, RA 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995) and RA 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003) in the workplace. The seminars shall use participatory and non-education modules prescribed by the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women and other women's organizations. | |

Abstract
The bill requires every employer to give their employees and workers free annual seminars on women's rights, welfare, development and gender equality, RA 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995) and RA 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003) in the workplace.
