REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12166

AN ACT CONVERTING THE DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN NAGA CITY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A REGULAR CLASS "A" DISTRICT OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted from a Class "C" into a Class "A" district office.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Class "A" LTO District Office in the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
