SHORT TITLE : Marine And Coastal Resources Protection Act
ABSTRACT : Mandates every coastal municipality to establish, maintain and manage marine protected areas in at least fifteen percent (15%) of their municipal waters while preserving those Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) that already exists.
