| ABSTRACT : The bill seeks to correct the decline in agricultural production loans by redirecting the Agri-Agra Fund's use to favor small farmers. The enactment of the measure is expected to result in the infusion of more than PhP 100.0 billion into the countryside over the next two years. The bill will dramatically reduce rural poverty that has shackled the country for centuries. |
