ABSTRACT : This bill mandates the local health officers to coordinate with the Department of Health (DOH) and other local government units (LGUs) to ensure an integrated approach in the delivery of health care services through area-based health planning. It also requires the local health officers to complement health services being provided by the DOH and the other LGUs through comprehensive health care agreements and other instruments.

Abstract
