SHORT TITLE : "Anti-Kickback Act"
ABSTRACT : "Anti-Kickback Act". The bill provides a penaly of imprisonment of not less than 5 years but not more than 20 years and a fine of not less than P5,000 but not more than three times the amount of the kickback, whichever is higher on any person who provides or attempts to provide any kickback or solicit, accept or attempt to accept any kickback.
