FULL TITLE : AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTIES AGAINST UNLAWFUL IMPORTATION AND OTHER VIOLATION OF THE TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES, AS AMENDED
ABSTRACT : The bill proposes to impose on any person guilty of smuggling a penalty ranging from a fine of P20,00 and imprisonment of not less than two (2) years and one (1) day to a fine of not less than P12 million but not more than P50 million and a penalty of reclusion perpetua.
